About the Role:
Stars & Stripes LLC is seeking a friendly and reliable U-Haul Reservation Specialist to assist customers with truck and trailer rentals. As an authorized U-Haul dealer, we provide top-tier service with a personal touch — and we’re looking for someone who shares that mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person and by phone to reserve U-Haul equipment
- Process contracts, check-ins, and returns using U-Haul’s system
- Perform visual inspections of trucks and trailers before and after rentals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe rental area
- Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and a helpful attitude
- Light cleaning and refueling of vehicles as needed
- Assist with inventory tracking and availability
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and U-Haul reservation software (training provided)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be dependable, punctual, and courteous
