Stars Indoor Sports is an active and exciting multi-sport indoor facility centrally located in Columbus, Ohio. Join our team as a Bounce House Attendant, where your energy and enthusiasm will create unforgettable experiences for children and families! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and enjoyment of guests while overseeing the operation of bounce house attractions.
Work Hours: This role is for Saturday evenings 6pm -1:30am. You are required to work every Saturday November - March.
Responsibilities
- Monitor bounce house areas continuously to ensure safe usage and prevent accidents or misuse.
- Enforce safety rules and guidelines, providing clear instructions to children and guardians.
- Conduct regular inspections of inflatables for any damages or hazards, reporting issues promptly.
- Assist guests with entry and exit procedures, ensuring proper supervision at all times.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies or incidents using first aid techniques, CPR, AED operation, or other emergency response procedures as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bounce house area to uphold hygiene standards.
- Document incidents or safety concerns accurately through incident report writing and communicate with supervisors.
