As Stars Honey continues to scale, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced in-house Recruiter to help us find excellent talent to grow our team. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across our organization, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. Description
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Stars Honey at job fairs, industry events, and community hiring events.
- Outreach to trade schools, community colleges, and other organizations to attract talent.
- Proactively build relationships with hiring managers and local workforce development organizations to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Own end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, including production, supply chain, quality control, and executive positions.
- Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs.
- Source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate the interview process.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics.
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience using an HRIS platform (preferably Gusto).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Comfort working independently in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.
- HR certification is preferred.
- Experience recruiting in a regulated industry.
Compensation $ Location
- Salary range: $60,000 – $75,000, based on experience
- Bonus eligibility
- This is a contract position with the potential to transition into a full‑time role.
