This position is eligible for our Commuter Benefit Program for:
- This position is eligible for commuter benefits for those who travel more than 20 miles one way from their residence to their work location.
- Eligible employees approved for the Commuter Benefit Program will receive $200 per month for regular full-time employees and $100 per month for regular part-time employees
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year dietary experience in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility, or other related medical facility preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience preparing therapeutic diets preferred. Or, Six (6) months housekeeping experience in a hospital, hotel, motel or similar work environment.
- License or Certification Valid California Driver's License
- Prepares food for therapeutic diets in accordance with planned menus.
- Maintains logs such as cleaning logs, temperature logs, etc.
- Cleans and disinfect kitchen and other facility areas.
- Conducts and assists both large and small activity groups.
- Assists in teaching and educating clients in ADLs.
- Transports clients as needed in facility vehicle.
- 24/7 inpatient voluntary program
- 16-bed facility for adults (ages 18-59)
- Rehabilitation/recovery services, including substance use rehabilitation services
- Pre-vocational or vocational counseling
- Medication evaluation and support services
