Performance Health is looking for a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to join our production team in Akron, OH. This position is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing facility and production equipment by performing the essential job duties.
This onsite position will be working 2nd shift hours, 2-10pm, Monday through Friday.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintenance troubleshooting and repairs for plant facility and production equipment
- Responsible for building repairs, lighting, hvac, plumbing and wiring
- Preventative maintenance for production equipment and facility
- Basic knowledge of facility equipment such as: boiler, chiller and hvac for minor repairs
- Upgrade equipment by engineering and fabricating parts
- Responsible for installing new equipment, as required
- Electrical repair experience, light duty wiring and electrical troubleshooting
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5 years of experience working with machines and controls
- Completed certification from college or technical school is highly preferred
- Knowledge and use of CMMS maintenance work order systems
- Knowledge of word processing software and order processing systems
- Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment where frequent exposure to hazardous chemicals, dust, dirt, fumes, extreme heat and cold, wet or humid conditions occurs

- This is a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of $27.00 - $34.00 and the opportunity to earn bonus, plus benefits.
