We are actively recruiting for Registered Nurses with the desire to serve patients with compassion and personalized care in their homes-whether that be personal residence, long-term care or assisted living.
Our team of nurses provide clinical services within the scope of practice, as defined by the state laws governing the practice of nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year nursing experience in the acute care setting with previous home health experience strongly preferred.
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
