- Needs great communication skills to discuss any outstanding issues and questions that arise with the Senior Office Manager, ROM, and corporate accounting teams
- Have a close working relationship with management of your store
- Workdays are Monday – Friday, 25 Hours per week, on-site
- Process the DCR Monday – Friday
- On Monday you process Friday and Saturday, and on Tuesday you process Sunday and Monday
- Analyze the DCR at a detailed level
- Complete the Weekly financial summary and send out the Daily Report of Revenue
- Monitor payrolls and report findings to the team/upper management
- Send out Daily Reporting from ADP in a timely manner to operations
- Analyze the Data Reconciliation of the DCR for GMs/AGMs and provide them with feedback for resolutions
- Onboarding portion of new-hire orientation and completing I-9s
- Adding new hires to Makeshift so they can be scheduled
- Inputting Orientation pay into ADP
- Organization and filing of I-9 documents
- Responsible for paying gratuities
- Ensure all receipts are filed/accounted for properly
- Investigate suspicious activity with regards to payroll, credit cards/disputes, gratuities, event deposits, reservations, league prize funds, etc
- Responsible for special uniform orders
- Maintain the check log
- Finalize payroll at the end of each pay period
- Verify that there are no errors on timecards
- Verify minimum wage adjustments
- Assist the corporate accounting team with ad-hoc reporting requirements, questions, etc
