Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on portable exhaust-measurement devices.
- Replace mechanical components including:
- Tubing
- Filters
- Fittings
- O-rings
- Calibrate sensors such as:
- Pressure transducers
- Temperature sensors
- Flow meters
- Follow standardized maintenance procedures and documentation requirements.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and perform corrective adjustments.
- Work safely and efficiently in tight or confined areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-documented workspace.
- Communicate equipment status, concerns, and completed work to the lead technician and engineering teams.
Required:
- Hands-on experience with basic hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, sockets, pliers, ratchets, etc.).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand how systems operate.
- High attention to detail and commitment to following established processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
- Experience in automotive, mechanical, or technical maintenance roles.
- Familiarity with calibration, sensors, or measurement equipment.
