The Role
We’re seeking an Engine Calibration Engineer to lead calibration development for powertrain systems. You’ll support performance, drivability, emissions, and compliance targets across a range of engine platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize ECU calibrations for various conditions
- Perform dyno and vehicle testing for performance and emissions
- Analyze data, identify issues, and implement calibration changes
- Interface with cross-functional teams and customers
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering
- 2 years of engine calibration or powertrain development experience
- Proficient with tools such as INCA, ATI Vision, or ETAS
- Knowledge of combustion principles, emissions systems, and diagnostics
- Experience with OBD and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with diesel, gasoline, or hybrid/EV calibration
