Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote adult medical day care services
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and social workers
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Create compelling marketing materials, flyers, and content tailored to target audiences
- Conduct outreach in the Camden, NJ community and surrounding areas to drive enrollment and program awareness
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Represent STARS at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
Requirements:
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, healthcare marketing, or community outreach preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools
- Experience in healthcare, senior services, or adult day care is a plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a must
