TITLE: Machine Operator
Position/Machine: Draw Tower Operator
Location: Southbridge, MA

Position Type: Direct hire with benefits that start on day #1
Shifts: One opening on 2nd shift (2pm-10pm). And, one opening on 3rd shift (10pm-6am).
Pay: Pay on 2nd shift starts at $23 an hour. Pay on 3rd shift starts at $24 an hour.
Monthly Bonus: Eligible for up to a 10% monthly bonus following 60 days employment.
Your Contributions as a Machine Operator:
- Under close supervision, sets up and operates various types of belt draw towers; simultaneously operates multiple draw towers.
- Performs visual and mechanical inspections to ensure that the product being produced conforms to process specifications; refers questionable product to more experienced operators.
- Performs routine machine/equipment maintenance and inspection.
- Maintains housekeeping practices per departmental 5S program.
- Able to meet utilization targets and standard times.
- Accurately enters Database/SAP transactions in the computer.
- Maintains daily records, including labor sheets and routers.
- Responsible for observing and following all Environmental, Health and Safety rules and procedures.
Your Qualifications as Machine Operator:
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
- Due to the nature of work performed at this facility, US Person status may be required.

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
