What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Associate position at Starrcade Amusements?
Starrcade Amusements is an arcade repair dispatch company serving the Southeastern United States with 100 clients utilizing our repairs. We also own and operate our own video arcade based out of the Town Center at Cobb mall in Kennesaw, GA. Our repair and dispatch services operate out of the back half of our building. We currently have a small team of 10 and have been steadily growing over the last 4 years.
Responsibilities
- Correspond with service team clients to follow up on work completed at their site, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Edit and submit daily reports received from offsite technicians.
- Assist management with dispatch and scheduling. Correspond with clients and confirm scheduling prior to visits.
- Assist office team with specialty part lookup and part order compilation for service clients.
- Work with our clients to provide excellent customer service and tailored solutions for their game rooms.
- Complete tasks as part of a small team of 2-5 depending on daily projects.
- Follow daily itineraries to ensure all tasks are completed within end of day.
- Manage time effectively to complete as much as possible while prioritizing time sensitive issues.
- Handle shipping and returning of packages to and from USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. May require short distance driving to/from nearby shipping centers.
- Assist with organization of parts bins and storage rooms.
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite or equivalent.
- Experience handling and counting currency.
- Highschool Diploma or GED.
- Scheduling / dispatch experience preferred.
- A valid drivers license is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
