How you’ll contribute:
As a Nurse Technician, your will perform basic patient care activities and unit support tasks to promote safe, efficient care and patient throughput. You will also assist with activities of daily living, routine monitoring, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked environment.
- Performs basic patient care as delegated and supervised by an RN, including monitoring vital signs, possible blood glucose measurements, and accurate intake/output recording.
- Assists patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, eating, toileting, ambulation).
- Observes and promptly reports abnormal physical, mental, or emotional findings to nursing staff.
- Keeps patient rooms and common areas clean, safe, and appropriately stocked.
- Manages the tech desk; supports nursing/physician staff and department throughput.
- Documents care and activities per unit standards.
Participates in performance improvement and required education; performs other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience preferred
- SRNA or EMT preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
- Handle with Care preferred
