Role Description: Sales ConsultantWe’re looking for a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant to join our team at Starr Motors in Suffolk, VA. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle. You’ll guide customers through every step of the sales process — from exploration and education to negotiation and delivery — all while ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.

What You’ll Do- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of our Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram lineup, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-up and exceptional service.
- Negotiate terms effectively and close sales transactions with professionalism and care.
- Stay current on inventory, incentives, and market trends to better serve our customers.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills — you make people feel heard and valued.
- Proven ability to build trust and maintain relationships with customers.
- Prior automotive sales experience is preferred, but strong sales skills in other industries are also valued.
- Working knowledge of vehicles, their features, and current trends in the industry.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals.
- Confidence in negotiating while keeping the customer’s best interest in focus.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
