Our growing insurance agency is seeking a Marketing Representative to help us interact with our carrier partners to secure the best coverage and pricing for our clients. This is a key role that partners with our agents and insurance carriers to create winning insurance coverage solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Negotiate Quotes: Work directly with insurance carriers to obtain competitive quotes and favorable terms for new and renewal business.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with underwriters and carrier reps to drive better outcomes for our clients.
- Analyze Coverage & Pricing: Review proposals and identify the best fit for client needs and budget.
- Collaborate with Agents: Support our sales team by providing market insights and helping craft compelling client presentations.
- Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends, carrier appetites, and market conditions to position our agency for success.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in insurance marketing, underwriting, or carrier relations (Property & Casualty preferred).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple quotes and deadlines.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
