Position Title: Assistant Office Manager
Reports To: Office Manager
Purpose:
This individual is responsible for assisting the Office Manager, in addition to checking guest in for their timeshare presentation, processing contracts and gifting.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tour Receptionist: Check guest in for their timeshare presentation.
- Contract Processor: Attention to detail and must be able to type over 100 words per minute.
- Reporting: Build reports using excel spreadsheets.
- Gifting: Provide the guest with their gift at the end of the presentation.

Job Requirements:
Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:
- High School diploma/GED referred.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and more.
- Administrative experience is required.
- Customer Service experience is required.
- Type over 100 words per minutes
- Timeshare Experience is required
