Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our facilities. This role involves managing maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of building functionality and tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and expertise in facilities management to create a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate facilities maintenance teams, ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventative maintenance activities
- Oversee the management of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and low/high voltage systems, ensuring optimal operation
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and asset histories
- Troubleshoot engineering issues across mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards, conducting regular safety inspections and training sessions
- Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, coordinating with contractors and vendors as needed
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety compliance for audit purposes
Requirements
- Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance or engineering teams in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical troubleshooting (including high/low voltage), and industrial systems repair
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and engineering troubleshooting techniques
- Experience managing facilities management software (CMMS) for work order tracking and asset management
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to industrial maintenance including high voltage safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively lead teams and coordinate with stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership ability with supervising experience in fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Mechanical systems repair expertise complemented by proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters and schematics reading skills
