We are looking for a dependable, detail‐oriented Clerical Assistant to support our home health office. This role helps ensure smooth operations by organizing documentation, preparing nursing care packets, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Responsibilities
- Filing, printing, copying, and sorting documents
- Assembling nursing care paperwork packets for field clinicians
- Creating and updating patient files (paper and electronic)
- Preparing patient mailings and agency correspondence
- General clerical support as needed
Qualifications
- Clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, scanning/uploading)
- Home health experience is a plus
