Starmark is looking for experienced and dedicated individuals to join our growing collection team in the Philadelphia area. Offering full-time collections roles with commission and benefits. These are full-time positions with commission & incentives We are looking for professional, reliable, well-spoken individuals who are confident in themselves & their negotiation skills and bring a professionally persistent personality, experienced presentation and exceptional work ethic to the table. This position is open to candidates with prior collection experience, and a proven track record of success.
Our PA location is located at 1150 Northbrook Drive, Trevose, PA 19053 with a new modern call center.

General Requirements
- Clear background check.
- Ability and willingness to pass a one-time drug screening upon hire.
- Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
- Reliable transportation.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Goal-Oriented and competitive
- Ability to learn quickly and outstanding computer literacy.
- Confidence on the phone.
- Ability to speak fluent English, bilingual is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and ability to remain focused.

- Knowledge of compliance and providing a positive customer experience.
