StarLite Diesel provides custom diesel tuning solutions to companies throughout North America, as well as offering training and support to many of those same companies. We have been in business for over 13 years and are looking to add another helping hand to our small team!Responsibilities:To provide your teammates and our customers with the best customer service in the industry. Order fulfillment and assisting with shipping on occasion (lift less than 10 pounds). This an in office position. Work from home is not available. MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER!-Your first year on the job will be primarily LEARNING our business and the support we provide to customers, and developing a rapport with them.You will be fielding customer calls, learning the workings of the office, learning our products, learning basic troubleshooting procedures that are common to our customer base, and using these skills to assist customers over the phone - when possibleBy the start of year 2, you will be taking on more workload and order fulfilment tasks REQUIRED Experience:1 year using technology/computers for primary job function2 years previous customer service experience REQUIRED Skills:proficient with Excel/spreadsheet softwaregood communication and writing skillsProblem solving - "thinking on your feet" Other desired traits:Live in Tooele valley Additional brownie points:Any collegePassionate about vehiclesEager to learn new things
