Content & Community Coordinator (Part-Time, In-Office | Los Angeles)
Starling Jewelry is hiring a part-time Content & Community Coordinator to support the day-to-day storytelling of our brand.
We are an independent fine jewelry company creating modern heirlooms with ethically sourced gemstones and recycled precious metals. Our work spans bespoke bridal, one-of-a-kind pieces, and Heirloom Revivals, reimagining existing jewelry into something deeply personal.
This is a hands-on, in-office role for someone with a strong visual eye, a love of storytelling, and an interest in the world of fine jewelry.
- Capture and create photo video content (iPhone is great)
- Edit short-form video for Instagram and TikTok
- Assist in planning and maintaining a consistent content cadence
- Write captions and support brand storytelling
- Engage with our community via comments and DMs
- Assist with influencer outreach and gifting
- Track content performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate closely with the founder and team on launches and creative direction
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail
- Experience creating and editing short-form video
- Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok trends
- Clear, thoughtful written communication
- Highly organized and proactive
- Interest in fine jewelry, gemstones, or craftsmanship is a plus
- Part-time (15–25 hours per week)
- In-office in Los Angeles
- Hourly compensation based on experience ($25-$35)
