Parts Counter Sales/Warehouse/ Driver

Job Summary:

As a Parts Counter Sales representative at Starling Chevrolet, you will provide exceptional customer service and sell parts and accessories for vehicles. Maintain positive relationships with customers by offering product knowledge and recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles.
• Provide expert product knowledge and make recommendations based on customer needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
• Manage inventory and place orders as needed.
• Document all sales and customer interactions in the company's database.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure a positive and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the auto industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer skills and using a database.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record required.
