- Greet customers and assist them in finding the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles.
- Provide expert product knowledge and make recommendations based on customer needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
- Manage inventory and place orders as needed.
- Document all sales and customer interactions in the company's database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure a positive and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the auto industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer skills and using a database.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record required.
