Oversees daily dining room operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient services, and a well coordinated team environment. This role supports restaurant leadership by supervising staff, maintaining service standards and ensuring smooth communication between front and back of the house.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Front of the House Manager
Ensure guests are greeted promptly and courteously.
Monitor dining room flow and ambiance, including cleanliness, music, lighting and overall atmosphere.
Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
Maintain high standards of hospitality and service.
Supervise servers - provide coaching, direction and performance feedback.
Assist staff during peak periods by seating guests, running food, or bussing tables.
Create and manage monthly staff schedules based on need.
Approve shift changes, cover shortages and adjust staffing as needed.
Participate in hiring and training front of house employees.
Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation regulations, company policies and federal/state/local laws and ordinances.
Manage cash handling, including register reconciliation, comps and voids.
Ensure menu changes and specials are accurately reflected in POS.
Checking and balancing product inventory from previous day of business as well as placing food and supply orders
Additional duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in restaurant front of the house management or supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Toast POS system, basic cash handling and restaurant operations
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
Bilingual, a plus
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8 hours per shift).
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25-50 lbs. (e.g., supplies, inventory, small equipment).
Frequent bending, reaching and kneeling to access storage areas, take inventory, and assist staff.
Ability to use hands and arms like handling paperwork, operating POS system, and light food prep if needed.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hot, and noisy environment, including kitchens, dining areas and occasionally outdoors.
Compensation:
TBD based on knowledge and experience.
