This position combines front desk management, administrative support, and exceptional customer service to ensure smooth daily operations. As the first point of contact for visitors, students, instructors, and vendors, you’ll create a positive, energetic atmosphere that helps inspires everyone who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Greet families as they enter the facility
- Answering phones
- Collecting payments
- Handling new registrations,
- Daily tidying/organizing of the lobby and around the studio
- Entering competition registrations
- Attire ordering
- General email communication with families and staff.
- Overseeing the weekly private music schedule
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse community effectively.
- Previous office or clerical experience in an arts or educational setting is desirable but not required.
- Bilingual in Portguese and English a bonus but not required.
- We’re dedicated to fostering a positive environment that values child growth and development through the arts.
Phone and internet reimbursement up to $80 monthly.
This is an entry-level position but there is room for growth!
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
