Support pediatric patients in an outpatient clinic under the supervision and collaboration of multiple occupational therapists. The Occupational Therapist Assistant will assist with treatment focused on activities of daily living and pediatric development, document patient progress in an electronic health record system, and support individualized care plans.
Responsibilities
- Assist with occupational therapy treatments for pediatric patients.
- Support interventions addressing activities of daily living and pediatric development.
- Document patient progress in the electronic health record system.
- Support the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with multiple supervising therapists in the outpatient clinic.
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in occupational therapy assistance.
- State occupational therapy assistant license/NBCOT Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification.
