Starlight Mini Sports League
The Starlight Mini Sports League is now hiring youth sports coaches for our weekend sports programs. We are looking for energetic, reliable coaches who enjoy working with children and helping young athletes develop their skills.
he Starlight Mini Sports League provides fun, structured sports programs designed to help young athletes build confidence, teamwork, and fundamental sports skills in a positive environment.

Flag Football
Volleyball
Coaches will work with youth athletes ages:
5–7 years old
8–11 years old
Duties
Responsibilities
Coaches will:
- Lead structured weekly practice/game sessions
- Teach age-appropriate skills and drills
- Encourage teamwork and sportsmanship
- Create a positive environment for players
- Set up and return provided equipment
Weekend sessions.
Each session includes:
- 15 minutes for field setup
- 1.5 hour coaching session
- 15 minutes for equipment breakdown
Current schedule:
Saturday Mornings
- 8:00 – 9:30 AM (Ages 5–7)
- 9:45 – 11:15 AM (Ages 8–11)
As the league grows, we may also add:
- Saturday afternoon programs
- Sunday leagues
- future youth tournaments
Requirements
Requirements
Applicants should:
- Have experience playing or coaching sports
- Enjoy working with children
- Be dependable and organized
- Pass a background check
First Aid / CPR certification is a plus.
