Do you love camping, exploring new areas, and nature? Do you love meeting people from all over the world? Our Yellowstone Glamping Site re-opens in the spring of 2026, and with this opportunity, you can do just those things! We are looking for a team of motivated individuals to work in Island Park, Idaho, near Yellowstone National Park.
This position will oversee campground operations and cleanliness to ensure our guests have a memorable experience in the great outdoors. This position provides the option to live on site in one of our glamping tents or your RV (rig must be self-contained, self-sufficient/off-grid and mobile). Competitive hourly pay rate and other perks.
As a Starlight Crew Member, you and your team will be responsible for cleaning tents and restrooms after guest check-outs, assisting guests check in for their stay, and performing various other campground operations to ensure an exceptional visitor experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet guests and answer any questions they may have
- Explain campground layout and direct guests to campsites
- Answer any phone calls or messages from customers
- Enforce rules and regulations of the campground
- Inventory and stocking of campground supplies to include firewood, cleaning supplies, tent needs, welcome center inventory, etc.
- Clean campsites and work with onsite Managers to help coordinate cleaning of glamping accommodations (tents, tipis, treehouses, safari tents, and other onsite areas) after camper departure
- Maintain bathroom cleanliness and properly stock it with essential toiletries
- Trash collection and consolidation
- Laundry pickup and drop off/coordinate laundry to be cleaned by the cleaning crew
- Meet and greet guests for nightly campground fire
- Water fill up and retrieval
- Must be able to drive a vehicle. Experience with trailers is helpful
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ensure tent batteries are charged and in good working condition
- Help stock self-serve coffee machines and supplies
- Basic grounds keeping
- Hours may vary and will include weekends and some holidays
