- - Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience
- - Comfortable with treatment planning and presenting treatment to patients
- - Experience with iTero Scanner a plus
- - Experience with Invisalign a plus but not required
- - Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus but not required
- - Mastery in chair-side dental assisting
- - Efficiency in making temporary crowns, taking iTero scans, and assisting with Invisalign
- - Comfortable discussing financials and collecting payments with patients
- - Impeccable organization for inventory control
- - Excellent communication skills
- - Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- - A willingness to be flexible and accommodating with your schedule, including the understanding that patient care occasionally requires end times to run a little past the scheduled close
- - Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and customer service
