Job Title: Community Services Clerk, Spanish Bilingual Division/Program: Allocation - Administration Santa Clara Starting Compensation: 22.11 - 26.53 USD Per Hour Working Location: San Jose: North San Jose Center (In person position) Working Hours/Shift: FT, Monday- Friday (10 am - 6:30 pm) Why Join Our Team? Associate degree or technical/vocational/secretarial school diploma preferred. Two (2) years general office experience required; one (1) year in an inpatient or outpatient medical setting with clerical experience in opening and closing medical records AND/OR front-office receptionist experience preferred. How you will make a difference (job overview): The Community Services Clerk provides a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks in support of all of the Community Service programs, including the Quality Assurance/Total Quality Management (QA/TQM) system functions. Enters client information, reviews documents for completion/errors, and scans into Electronic Medical Records program. Supports agency efforts to improve quality in performance.
