What You’ll Be Doing
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience—keeping things running smoothly, especially during our busiest seasons. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Taking orders and processing payments accurately
- Answering questions and offering menu or product recommendations
- Handling returns, exchanges, or payment inquiries professionally
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area
- Restocking supplies and supporting daily operations
- Following company procedures, safety standards, and service guidelines
- Working closely with teammates to keep service efficient and upbeat
Your role helps set the tone for every visit and ensures guests leave with a great impression.
