- Restock bar supplies efficiently while minimizing waste, utilizing basic math skills for inventory management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless service during catering, banquet, or food industry events.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety protocols.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast; experience with cashiering and cash handling.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests confidently.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety regulations, basic math for retail math calculations, and food handling procedures.
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal requirements; familiarity with brewing processes is a plus.
