Senior Analyst - IT Applications

PURPOSE -

StarKist is seeking an IT Applications Senior Analyst to provide Business Analysis and SAP Best practice process improvement guidance and assistance to the business through SAP configuration, testing, training and education. Integration of processes with technology to help StarKist achieve a high level of service and support to the business users. 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES – 

• Strong BI reporting skills across business processes
• Ability to multitask with a variety of projects and programs
• Assisting clients in defining key capabilities/requirements that will enable their strategy
• Create and maintain project deliverables and adhere to standards
• Planning and managing program-wide application build, test, and deployment activities
• Identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various application implementation activities
• Ability to assist with training and documentation for the user community

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES -   

• 5 to 10 years of experience with SAP CRM / TPM, BI Reporting. Experience with EDI and SAP SD, MM, PP modules, ABAP Programming and project management is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business or related field, master’s degree or MBA is a plus
• Having a strong background on SAP CRM/TPM, BI (Business Intelligence). Experience with EDI, SAP SD, MM, PP modules is a plus
• Experience with Trade Marketing, Dispute Management and Claims processes
• Experience in System Integration of SAP CRM / TPM, ECC and BI Preferred. Integration with supply chain systems is a plus
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills

Additional Considerations:

• Leadership role on full life cycle implementations
• Experience estimating projects (beyond creating and managing plans)
• Experience managing third party application support provider
• Experience in a multi-site/cultural environment
