Starkey is hiring a Sr Data Analytics Engineer. This role will play a critical part in transforming enterprise data into actionable insights by leveraging Microsoft’s Fabric platform unified ecosystem. Leads the technical development of our modern data analytics platform through data pipelines that centralize the enterprise data into Fabric OneLake, curation of the raw data into Gold semantic models and administration of the Fabric Data Platform, while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and leadership.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Design, build, and optimize end-to-end analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using Fabric Data Factory, Mirroring, and Notebooks.
- Architect and implement Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Semantic Model based medallion architectures in OneLake
- Build and manage semantic models and datasets for enterprise reporting and self-service analytics
- Optimize data models, performance, and cost-efficiency across Fabric workloads
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions
- Establish data governance, security, and quality standards within the Fabric ecosystem
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and analysts on best practices and platform capabilities
- Integrate Fabric solutions with upstream and downstream systems
- Administration and Support of the Fabric and Power BI Platform
- Support of data ingestions, model refreshes, and data solutions.
- Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements
Education
-Four-year degree and relevant work experience
Experience
-10 years in software/data engineering, analytics engineering, business intelligence
-5 years focused on data engineering and data platforms

Salary and Other Compensation:
The target rate for this position is between $110,000 to $140,000/year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
