Pay rates
First Shift: $15.00 per hour
Second Shift Weekday: $15.75 per hour/Second Shift Weekend: $16.75 per hour

We offer a variety of part time flexible schedules. If you are selected for a pre-screen interview, we will discuss all schedules we have open that match your availability!
Requirements for the Direct Support Professional role:
- Must have High School Diploma, GED, or Work-Keys Bronze Certificate
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record. (we may be able to accommodate, but not guaranteed)
- Pass drug and alcohol screenings
- Pass criminal background checks
- Must be available for 2-4 weeks of PAID training, M-F 8:30am-5:00pm.
- OPTIONAL: ASL (American Sign Language) preferred, but NOT required.
