Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Territory Growth
- Drive Revenue: Establish, track, and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales growth goals to achieve profit targets.
- Lead Generation: Identify, pursue, and generate new business leads.
- Presentations: Present new and existing products to clients in a compelling and knowledgeable manner.
- Client Partnerships: Build and maintain solid working relationships with clients; serve as the main point person for addressing customer questions, concerns, and ongoing support.
- Product Training: Responsible for conducting comprehensive product training with clients to support successful product adoption.
Experience & Expertise
- Customer Service: Must possess strong customer service skills; experience in the wholesale carpet and rug industry is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently and manage a remote schedule effectively.
- Organization: Highly organized with strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.
- On-the-Road: Must be able to travel consistently within the Southern California region to visit customers and attend industry events.
