How do you excel in this position

The Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing) is responsible for customer service, including order entry, purchasing components and materials, and coordinating customer logistics after equipment installation. This individual is also a primary contact for customers regarding after-sales support.

What are we looking for

• Associate degree in business administration or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of customer service, contract administration, or related experience required.
• 3 years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Experience with complex, high-value products a plus.
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite required; MRP/ERP experience preferred.
• Proficient communication, interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
