Stark’s Steak & Seafood is hiring a Full-Time PM Bartender
Stark’s Steak & Seafood is a cornerstone of Santa Rosa dining, known for its classic steakhouse fare, award winning happy hour, and loyal regulars. Our bar is fast-paced, guest-forward, and busy by design. We’re looking for a seasoned bartender who can hold their own during high-volume dinner service while delivering warm, professional hospitality.
This is a Monday–Thursday evening position, with availability to cover additional shifts as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- A highly experienced bartender with strong fundamentals and confidence behind a busy bar
- Proven ability to thrive in high-volume, upscale service environments
- Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and bar execution
- Calm, organized, and efficient under pressure
- Polished guest interaction and clear communication
- Reliable availability for Monday–Thursday nights, with flexibility to cover
