Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing and executing modification packages and a solid understanding of nuclear engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute design modification packages for mechanical systems and components in nuclear power plants
- Lead and drive the engineering change and modification process from concept through implementation
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and project teams to support design changes
- Apply and follow engineering change control processes within nuclear utilities
- Maintain adherence to Nuclear Quality Assurance (QA) standards
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
- 7 10 years of relevant experience in nuclear power plant engineering
- Mandatory experience in commercial nuclear projects and design modification packages
- Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and regulations applicable to nuclear mechanical design
- Experience with engineering change control processes in nuclear environments
- Working knowledge of Nuclear QA standards
