Job Overview
We are seeking a Principal-level Vision Systems Engineer with 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical visual inspection and machine vision systems.
Key Responsibilities
Support and tune pharmaceutical visual inspection machines.
Work with Korber/Seidenader Visual Inspection Machines.
Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize SVIM vision systems.
Troubleshoot cameras, lighting, and image inspection issues.
Support vision system qualification and validation.
Identify and resolve vision system issues.
Support continuous improvement of inspection systems.
Work with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Validation teams.
Required Qualifications
10 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience tuning Korber/Seidenader Visual Inspection Machines.
Hands-on Experience With SVIM Is Highly Preferred.
Strong machine vision and image-processing experience.
Experience with camera-based inspection systems.
Pharmaceutical Or Regulated Manufacturing Experience Preferred.
Experience with Cognex or Omron vision systems is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
