Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement packaging designs and packaging solutions.
Support packaging-related regulatory compliance and quality requirements.
Plan and execute packaging engineering projects, including testing and supplier assessments.
Create and maintain packaging specifications and technical documentation.
Support packaging change control activities and evaluate supplier or material changes.
Conduct packaging investigations, testing, and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement packaging improvements.
Identify opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and cost reduction.
Support packaging validation and qualification activities as required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Engineering, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
3 5 years of Packaging Engineering experience.
Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, biologics, or similar regulated industries.
Strong experience with specification writing and technical documentation.
Experience managing change control activities.
Knowledge of packaging development, testing, and engineering principles.
Experience performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
