Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues.
- Support equipment reliability initiatives to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain and document maintenance activities in accordance with GMP requirements and company procedures.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Validation teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures.
- 3 years of maintenance experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Working knowledge of GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
