Essential Functions
General Maintenance & Operations:
- Respond promptly to common area and tenant work orders.
- Complete light painting and general repair tasks across the property.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the maintenance shop and work areas.
- Assist with the installation and upkeep of site signage.
- Remain alert to safety or maintenance concerns and report issues as needed.
- Safely operate tools and equipment including pressure washers, scissors lifts, bucket lifts, and forklifts (as trained).
- Use basic hand and power tools effectively for maintenance needs.
- Participate in the setup and breakdown of on-site special events.
- Support with tasks that promote safety, cleanliness, and event success.
- Monitor the site for safety or security concerns and report to supervisors as necessary.
- Demonstrate the company’s core values consistently.
- Complete all additional tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or company.
Skills And Experience
- Supervisory experience in facilities or maintenance operations.
- Entry-level experience in maintenance, repair, or construction-related work.
- Familiarity with basic tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
- Clear communication and follow-through.
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and at heights.
- Able to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions. Ability to bend, kneel, sweep, and perform repetitive motions.
