What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Maintenance 2nd Shift position at Stark Enterprises?

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the property including picking up litter and emptying trash cans.
Participate in the set-up and execution of special events.
Maintain work areas and equipment.
Be watchful for security related issues and conduct detrimental to the success of the property
Qualifications:
Must be flexible with work schedule including working 2nd shift, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., weekends, holidays, and events when necessary.
Must be a self-starter with a team-oriented personality.
Must be a good communicator.
Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Must be willing to get dirty and work in all types of weather.
Must have valid drivers license.
