Overview

Join our team as a Pathways Hub Quality Assurance Specialist and play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our program to address infant mortality. In this vital position, you will lead quality assurance initiatives, conduct comprehensive audits, and uphold regulatory compliance to guarantee that our program meets compliance standards.

SIGNIFICANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

☒Analyze and interpret datasets using quality improvement methods and research methods.

☒ Communicate effectively with team members.

☒ Create training materials and maintain HUB Operation Manual.

☒ Monitor data collection, identify, and resolve workflow and production/performance issues to ensure quality standards and operational compliance.

☒ Monitor, evaluate, and perform necessary data clean-up to prepare accurate reimbursement invoices and program activity reports.

☒ Prepare and/or update and implement quality assurance policies and procedures, including the HUB Quality Improvement Plan.

☒ Provide general support for program operations.

☒ Provide quality assurance and improvement oversight and consultation to CCAs to ensure compliance with agency policies, funding/contract guidelines, and Pathways Community HUB Institute (PCHI) certification requirements.

☒ Provide system training and technical assistance to Care Coordination Agencies (CCAs) and HUB partners.

☒ Attend events, conferences, meetings, workshops, and seminars as required.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Health or Business Management, Computer Sciences, or other related field (Master’s preferred) with two (2) years’ experience in program management, program evaluation, statistics, and data analytics or equivalent combinations of experience and/or education.

2. Computer and software literate with competence in MS Word and Excel, data entry, internet navigation and email.

3. State of Ohio Driver’s License and transportation with proof of insurance (some/frequent travel required)

4. Pre-employment fingerprints, background check, and drug screen.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
