- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of launcher systems, subassemblies, and components in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and process documents.
- Route, secure, and terminate electrical wiring harnesses and cable assemblies using aerospace-grade materials and methods (lacing, tie wraps, clamps, protective sleeving).
- Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and harness installation drawings to ensure proper cable routing and connections
- Conduct continuity, insulation resistance, and polarity checks to verify integrity of wiring installations.
- Perform mechanical fitting, alignment, and torquing of structural components and fasteners to aerospace standards.
- Maintain accurate assembly records and inspection documentation for traceability.
- High school diplomas or GED required: technical certificate or associate degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Technology preferred.
- 3 plus years of experience in aerospace, defense, or heavy-vehicle assembly.
- Strong understand of wire routing, cable harness installation, and electrical integration practices.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.
- Proficiency with hand tools, crimpers, torque wrenches, and test meters used for aerospace assembly.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and complete production paperwork accurately.
- U.S. citizenship and compliance with ITAR/EAR export control regulations required.
- Strong attention to detain, safety, and workmanship quality.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented production environment.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to meet production deadlines.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in typical manufacturing environments.
- Exposure to standard shop conditions including moderate noise, power tools, and PPE requirements.
