Position: Universal Banker II
Location: Bismarck South
Key Responsibilities:
- Open personal and business deposit accounts
- Cross-sell bank products and services
- Process consumer loans
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer and internal inquiries in a timely, professional and accurate manner
- Complete relationship development activities
Qualifications:
- One to three years of experience in customer service, sales and cash handling or related experience required
- Demonstrated high level of flexible interpersonal skills, customer service, trustworthiness, credibility and diplomacy required
