• Position:**Treasury Management Director
• Location:**Bismarck or Fargo, North Dakota; Madison, Wisconsin
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Banks treasury management sales strategy, aligning with commercial bankingobjectivesandidentifyingmarket opportunities for deposit and fee income growth.
• Lead and direct the treasury management sales team, setting annual production goals and providing strategic leadership to drive performance.
• Maintain and grow an individual portfolio of treasury clients by proactivelyidentifying,soliciting, and closing new business opportunities.
• Drive deposit growth, service adoption, and fee income generation through effective client presentations, solution consultations, and leadership in commercial relationship pitches.
• Participate in budgeting and forecastingprocesses related to treasury revenue to support the Banks financialobjectives.
  
  

Qualifications

• 7 years of banking experiencewith at least 3-5 years in Treasury Management or Cash Management
• Bachelors degree in business,finance, or related field.
• Demonstratedsuccess in revenue production and deposit growth
• Management experience preferred
• Excellent relationship building and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of treasury products
