What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpenter position at Starin Construction & Renovation LLC?
We are hiring for a carpenter at Starin Construction & Renovation.
Applicants need to have their own basic carpentry and power tools along with a minimum of 2 years' experience OR completion of a carpentry trade program.
This position is full-time with possibility of overtime on weekends.
Along with the above, applicants need to:
- Be good at following directions
- Work well in a team
- Be professional in occupied homes
- Able to take constructive criticism
- Able to pass a drug test
- Have a driver's license and their own transportation
- Have a positive attitude
- Show up on time and stay to finish the work for the day
Job Duties will include:
- Structural framing during in occupied homes
- Crawl space and pier / beam repairs
- Interior and exterior framing
- Subfloor modifications
- Concrete cutting / Re-pour
- Window and door installation
- Minor electrical and plumbing work
- Vinyl and Hardie siding
- Exterior Trim Work
- Interior Trim and Doors
Applicants will be working under a foreman. Pay and responsibility will be based on experience.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
