What You'll Do
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare competitive freight quotations and pricing.
- Negotiate rates with carriers and vendors.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve shipment issues.
- Work closely with operations and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in international freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of Ocean Import and Ocean Export operations.
- Experience handling customer accounts from A to Z.
- Ability to prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and manage pricing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
