We want someone who is experienced in reaching out to site managers, management companies, large developers, good history of long term relationship building.
What you will do as a Commercial Business Developer:
- Generate leads via phone calls and emails
- Develop new commercial landscape and construction clients
- Create proposals and present to clients
- Provide design solutions
- Negotiate terms of sales agreement
What you will need as a Commercial Business Developer:
- Expertise with commercial landscaping and landscape construction
- Must have 3 years of commercial landscaping sales experience
- Developing large commercial accounts
- Experience developing relationships with portfolio managers and site directors
- Great customer service, sales closing and communication skills
